CWDC promotes a better way of working, all together
The Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC) is working with The ICE Project and the SDSA to promote a range of tools to help everyone involved with children and young people to work better together.
This is the initial phase of the CWDC’s new campaign to promote a more joined up way of working. It’s very much in keeping with CWDC’s focus on working to improve the lives of children and young people.
Integrated working tools provide a valuable and practical way to help all those involved with children and young people - whatever their role - to work more closely together. With the emphasis very much on early intervention and sharing information, the tools can go a long way towards getting help sooner rather than later.

Common core refreshed to meet the needs of today’s workforce
The Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC) has launched a refresh of the common core of skills and knowledge that everyone working with children, young people and families should have.
Following wide consultation with children and young people and those who work with them, the common core has recently been refreshed to meet the needs of today’s workforce.
